How To Cook Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Spaghetti Squash cut in half
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Turn oven on to 400 degrees.
  • Rip off a piece of parchment paper and place it on the baking sheet. (I was out of parchment paper when I made this, so I just dowsed the pan with olive oil).
  • Carefully, cut the squash in half from the top of the squash down the middle. Scoop out the guts and seeds from the middle.
  • Drizzle olive oil and salt over the inside of the squash. Place face down on the parchment paper.
  • Cook for 40-45 minutes.
  • Let the squash cool, and then flip it over. Use the fork to string the squash and that's it!
